#Implementation developer

Implements confirmed feature work and explains actual changes, reuse and remaining work with evidence.

The role is reused by the Implementation implement / observe Steps. The feature-implementation Skill describes its method. Step bindings supply only the Tools needed for the assigned task.

The Agent submits business judgments through typed Tools. Code owns actual interaction, deterministic checks, identifiers and formal publication. The role does not contain storage serialization or the complete stage state machine.
