#Solution designer

Designs the smallest coherent solution for confirmed requirements, including dependencies and verification.

The role is reused by the Solution analyze / design Steps. The solution-design Skill describes its method. Step bindings supply only the Tools needed for the assigned task.

The Agent submits business judgments through typed Tools. Code owns actual interaction, deterministic checks, identifiers and formal publication. The role does not contain storage serialization or the complete stage state machine.
